On the afternoon of June 23, the graduation ceremony for the 2026 cohort of international students took place in the meeting room of the School of International Education. All faculty members, representative lecturers and graduating international students attended the event.

Qin Jingjun, Dean of the School of International Education, delivered the opening address. He congratulated the graduates on their successful completion of studies, praised their hard work during their studies, and encouraged them to build careers with professional skills, serve society with expertise, and act as envoys of friendship between China and the world.

Teacher representatives Zheng Linjing and Li Ke shared their remarks. They recalled classroom experiences with the students and were pleased to see their progress in language, culture and academic studies. They urged graduates to embrace diversity with an open and inclusive mindset and share knowledge and Chinese culture globally.

Each graduate gave a heartfelt speech. They recalled their unforgettable time at Shaanxi Polytechnic University, expressed gratitude to the university and teachers, and voiced their affection for China and its culture. The students pledged to bring their knowledge back home and promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.

At the end of the ceremony, Dean Qin Jingjun presented diplomas to every graduate and took group photos. The diplomas recognize their academic achievements and carry the university’s best wishes and expectations.

Focusing on key national industrial chains such as intelligent manufacturing and new energy, the university advances international cooperation through industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaboration. Since 2018, it has trained more than 200 high-skilled talents from Belt and Road partner countries, supporting the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises overseas. Going forward, the university will further develop international education, expand cooperation channels and improve talent training quality, contributing Shaanxi Polytechnic University’s strength to China’s opening-up and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
